Employment Opportunities With All Bright Cleaning Services

At different times of the year we do hire, so please do not hesitate to apply with our company if you would like to join our All Bright Team.  We will try to keep this page updated as to whether we are currently hiring or not, but just for general information we usually hire 1 - 3 window cleaners in the Spring through Fall months.  We do not normally lay off employees, as we understand how difficult it is to obtain and keep employment in the Flathead Valley.  Providing you are hard working, flexible with job duties and reasonable in understanding reduced hours in the slow season we expect and pride ourselves on keeping all employees on board throughout the year.  We have conveniently made our application available for download from this page (See the bottom of the page for both pages to download and print) so you can easily print it out and mail it to us.

JOB POSTING: 

 

Window Cleaning / Snow Removal

 

All Bright Window Cleaning is seeking to fill two crewmember positions on our window cleaning and snow removal crew. Starting wage is $9.00/hr. Prior window cleaning experience is not preferred, but all applications will be considered. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Drug testing is required prior to employment.

 

Spring-Fall: Generally 30-40 hours per week, with potential overtime during busier months. Must be willing to climb extension ladders up to third and fourth floor height, although most work will be ground-level, stepladder, and second floor. Must be able to walk, reach, bend, kneel, and crouch frequently throughout entire shift. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally to carry and set up ladders. End of shift varies daily, depending on workload.

 

Winter: Hours per week will vary, due to the work required partly depending on weather conditions. Must be available up to 7 days per week on-call for snow removal, starting at 4:00 a.m. Must be able to work on your feet for long periods, occasionally over uneven and icy ground. End of shift varies daily, depending on workload.

 

Additional duties: During the slower months, crewmembers may be asked to perform miscellaneous tasks, which will be discussed during the interview.
